Staffing
All officers working with Sims Security Group are certified and licensed in New York State and/or New Jersey. All officers are posted and briefed by supervisors in accordance with a tailored plan that has been approved by the client or its designated on-site representative. Each shift is required to brief and update the next shift to any changes in procedures or policies. All Sims Security Group security officers are required to maintain their respective duty posts until properly relieved or dismissed by Client Management’s committing authority, the Client’s on-site supervisory designee, Sims Security Group Management or the Sims Security Group on-site supervisor.
