Supervision

It is standard company practice for supervisors to serve as the on-site contacts for the client and employees. Supervisors are responsible for checking in and maintaining security agents’ schedules and breaks and are well-versed in the policies and procedures of all client event requirements, as well as the standard 3rd party operating procedures for all venues. For the duration of a specific event, it is standard practice that client management and employees enjoy access to Sims Security Group Management 24 hours a day. It is standard paractice for senior operational management of the company, to be the principal contact on assigned projects and will be available on a daily basis to manage and oversee any issues or concerns that may arise.
